Gorgeous scenery of Otsuchi bay.
Once affected by Tsunami in 2011, Otsuchi bay is reviving its coastal ecosystem through active engagement from the local communities and research institutes such as the International Coastal Research Center (ICRC). During the sampling trip, a survey on the nutrient biogeochemistry of this nutrient-limited bay was conducted together with the ICRC researchers.
